Surface refinement
Anodizing
Anodizing is the most common method for refining aluminium surfaces. The anodizing not only increases the durability of the profiles, but also allows a wide range of colour and decorative design, which is achieved by the anodizing of aluminium profiles. Our automated systems enable a consistent surface quality and thus a high reproducibility.
Technical capacity:
- Dimensions: Piece anodising; Max. 7.500mm
- Layer thickness: 5-25µm according to EURAS standard
The pre-treatments are according to DIN 17611 by E0-E6.
This is done in mechanical (E1-E5) and chemical (E0 / E6) pre-treatments,
which considerably distinguishes the final surface.

Surface finishing
Powder coating
Powder coating is the most popular method of painting aluminium profiles. The advantage is above all in the unlimited colour palette, different lustre effects and very high colour fidelity.
Technical capacities:
- Dimensions: Max. 7.500mm
- Coat thickness: 60-140µm
- Surfaces: RAL, NCS colours as well as custom-specific metallic and special colour shades
- Lines: Horizontal and vertical powder-coating lines
Surface finishing
Mechanical treatment
- Grinding / Brushing
Grinding or brushing provides a possibility to enhance the decorative character of a profile and its surface. In this way, fine traces in the grinding direction are visible on the surface. They can be "very fine", "medium" or "coarse" ground. - Polished
Polishing levels the surface and increases the gloss. The surface is designed according to the wishes of the customer. High-gloss surfaces may e.g. chemically polished and anodised (high gloss). - Barrel finishing
Barrel finishing is used to deburr sharp edges. Depending on the polishing medium, a matt or a glossy surface can be produced.
